Kindergarten To 12th Graders
Tumbling and Trampoline (T&T) is one of the fastest-growing sports for kids! It is a sport that builds strength, flexibility, coordination, as well as enhancing overall fitness. Unlike traditional gymnastics, it consists of three events: trampoline, double mini, and power tumbling. Students can learn anything from the basics: tuck jumps, seat drops, and front flips to advanced skills including twists, doubles, and more! Trampoline teaches coordination, control, and focus.
